As I know Apple 27-inch LED Cinema Display can be connected via adapter to a MacPro 1,1 which has only DVI out. But my concern is will those built-in iSight and Speakers will work?

So you are using an older MacPro, one that doesn't have a mini DisplayPort out? If you connect to the new Cinema Display with a DVI cable only, then the iSight and speakers will definitely not work. DVI is just a one-way video signal from the computer to the monitor.
But I believe you also connect a USB cable from your Mac Pro to the display. The iSight would pass through USB. I think the speakers would too.
There is even a converter for this:

Read that over. And maybe check at the Apple Store and see what they say.
Thanks Gary,
You are right, I'm using older MacPro, that doesn’t have a mini DisplayPort out, (NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT).
So as I understand, If I connect the USB and DVI, speakers & iSight might work.
Just a thought - instead of using a converter (http://store.apple.com/us/product/H5236ZM/A -- $129.95), should one not replace the video card with something like (NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 Graphics Upgrade Kit for Mac Pro (early 2009) -- $149.00) but one worry might be? is this compatible with MacPro that I'm using, because it says Compatibility: Requires Mac Pro (Early 2009 with 1066MHz DDR3 memory) with PCI Express 2.0 slot.
My MacPro 1,1 use DDR2 rams.
Thanks a lot for your time, as always it helpful.
