You can't. You'd have to ask for one. But in my case I didn't want one as it would have been a waste. So many places are trying to cut down on bags as it is, and Apple's bags are pretty substantial. Seems a waste to have a bag for a single product that is easily held in your hand, or stored in a bag you bring or perhaps have from another stop in the mall.
