I just did the latest AppleTV update and now it won’t connect to the computer after it goes to sleep. I now have to go to the computer and wake it in order for it to find the library again. I also can’t wake the computer using VNC or Touchmouse iPhone apps. I’m wondering why this happened, any ideas?

No ideas. But I would imagine if VNS does the same thing, then it is something going on on your Mac, and has nothing to do with the Apple TV update.
