Are There Differences In the iTunes Store Between Mac and PC?

I have recently noticed in a friend’s PC that there is a special menu for movies to buy or rent, in iTunes Store’s home page. Unfortunately, this “Movies” menu doesn’t seem to exist in my iMac’s iTunes Store. Any ideas on what’s wrong with “my” Store?
P.S.: We both live in Greece.

No, there should be differences in the content offered as long as you are both in the same country. But consider that you may not be using the exact same version as him. One of you may be behind.
Or, despite both of you being in Greece, it is possible that one of you has an account that is not set for Greece. So confirm that. And also confirm that you are both logged in to the store with your accounts.
What happens when you search for movies in iTunes?

The problem seems to be that when we both enter iTunes Store, without signing in, he (PC user) already has a wide variety of well-known movies to choose from a specific & apparent homepage menu, while I (Mac user) have not such a menu in Store's homepage, and only after choosing "Browse" from the menu at the end of the homepage it is possible for me to locate the "Films" submenu but with an outrageously small number (8 to be exact) of available & unknown films. We both also run the latest iTunes versions.
To me, as hard it seems for one to believe, a PC user in my country has a full variety of films to choose in iTunes Store, while a Mac user has almost... nothing! Just incredible...

I don't really believe this is the case. I'll bet it is some setting or some difference between your iTunes versions.
