Hello how to batch change of date of creation based on file name?
I have movies exported from iMovie I named them like this 2014.11.11.0955

Changing creation dates is not something you really should do with files. The creation date is literally the time that the file was created. It doesn't have to relate to the date of the photo or video. You can set that in the Photos app, and it is separate from the file creation date itself.
If you wish to organize your videos by date, then using a naming scheme is a good idea. Of course it depends on whether you are organizing within iMovie, Photos or as files in the Finder.
