I am writing a case study that will include pictures, graphs, text, etc. I’d prefer to use Pages and wanted to see if there is a particular format or template available to make my life easier. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I don't know if "case study" is something specific enough to have a single template work for all types of "case studies."
I would just start with a blank document and go from there.
