I have three calendars created from my iCal and one exchange calendar.
These are all synced with my iPhone and iPad. They all work very well.
The only problem is the colours: one of the iCal created calendars and the exchange calendar have come up with their own color on my iPhone and iPad an it’s a bit confusing.
Any ideas how to synchronise and coordinate the calendar colors across all the machines?

Probably no way to tell the Exchange calendar which color it should be. But you can select the calendar in iCal and Get Info on it, and then change the color in a pull-down menu. Maybe that will work after you sync.
