Can I Colour Fill Outline Fonts On My Mac?

I am using the current version of Pages and would like to fill my Outline font with colour. Has anyone found a way to do this? Is it possible?

I think I see what you mean. Do you mean the "Outline" feature where you click on the gear next to the B/I/U buttons and then check "Outline?" As far as I know, there is no way to get Pages to fill in the font with one color, and draw the outline with another.

However, you can get a similar result by turning off the outline, then using the Shadow checkbox. Set the blur and offset both to 0, and the Opacity to 100%. Then use a different color for the text and that shadow to have a fill color and an outline color. The outline is very thin, which is probably what you would get if you had the ability to fill in the font in the first place anyway. But it may not be what you want.

If this is just for an occasional title or something, you could always put this text into a text box by itself, then duplicate it. Put one on top of the other and set them both to not affect wrapping. Then make one an outline and black, and the other not an outline and what every color you want.
