Connecting to the Internet

We took over a Church IT and they got 1 Apple Mac. They can’t get it to work on an ADSL line. I manage to get LAN up and running but can’t access the internet. It only allow access to 1 site (www.absa.co.za) all other page give (page canot be displayed) please can you assist me where to check for they need this mac to be connected to the internet asap.

    Go to System Preferences, Network. Check the network settings there. They should be the equivalent to the settings for your other computers.
