Just recently i keep getting a pop asking me if I want to allow access to netsession_Mac? What is this and should I remove/disable it?

That appears to be part of downloading software used by various companies, including Adobe. It allows checks for updates, downloads, etc. If you delete it without knowing specifically what it is doing for you it could impact software that you installed.
Did you recently install an Adobe suite or some other software like that?
Not that I can recall. Is there a way to stop getting the pop up? I already confirmed to allow the content to connect, but it comes up again randomly.
Perhaps it is asking for access for different things. Pay close attention each time it appears. Perhaps you have other software that is asking (Little Snitch, perhaps?)
