Flash support in iPad

What do u do to handle the non support of flash in ipads?

    I assume you mean as a user.
    Nothing. By now most web sites that has critical functionality that required Flash offer alternatives if they want their site to work on the iPhone and iPad.
    But to really answer your question you need to make it more specific. Flash is a great technology that can be used to do almost anything on a web site. So what site are you concerned about and what does Flash do there? Games? Video? Interactive interface? Embedded application? Something else?
