How Do I Clear My iMac With Catalina?

Is there any special process to prepare an iMac with Catalina that I want sell?

    Not sure what you mean by a "special process" -- it is the same process you would use with Mojave or earlier. You get your stuff off, reboot into recovery mode, wide the drive and re-install macOS.

    Hi Gary
    Thanks for the video. When I was referring to "special process" I was wondering as in Catalina there is 2 volumes produced: "MacBook" and "MacBook - Data"

    After rebooting in Recovery, do I erase both of these volumes?

    I just read the Apple page and it gives instructions on how to deal with both volumes.

    For others: You erase the "drive" not the volumes. If you only see two volumes in Disk Utility, then switch the View type so you see the entire drive and the volumes under it.
