Your 2017 tutorial of photo calendar was the way I was used to but they changed stuff and its not so easy for me. I can’t figure out an easy way to include all my birthday and anniversaries. Do you have a more recent tutorial?

Since Apple removed their printing service, you just have to choose a 3rd-party service to use. This can be one like Mimeo that has an extension for the Photos app. Or, it can be one that doesn't do anything special with the Mac but is just a website like Shutterfly. It is up to you. I certainly haven't used them enough to recommend one over the other. And each has its own process for creating calendars. You just have to follow their instructions.
Mimeo is the app that was used to create calendars in Photos but was removed. It is still the best app and can be downloaded from their web page.
Bob: I don't know if is the "best" app, but I have used it and it works well. Get it (from the Mac App Store) and try it.
