Hi Gary, I remember Apple saying last year they would enable a way to delete text messages across all Apple devices like iPad, iMac, etc but I don’t remember if it was ever fully baked? Is it available yet and if so, how do I do it?

You probably mean Messages in iCloud. The switch for that on the Mac is in the Messages app, Preferences, iMessage, Enable Messages in iCloud. On iOS I think it is Settings, Apple ID, iCloud, Messages.
I have those both set. I just tried deleting a conversation on my Mac and it instantly deleted on my iPhone as well.
Gary, I don't see Messages on iCloud on-line, but it seems to work across platforms and OS's (iOS 13.3.1 / iPadOS 13.3.1 / Mac OS 10.14.6 ) OK.
