Tap the button at the top of the Files app that looks like four boxes. Then tap View Options. Then tap Show All Extensions.

JC: That last item (Utiliser les groupes) for me is "View Options." Not sure why it is different for you. Maybe try another folder or location in the Files app? Are you using iOS 16.2?

You were right Gary, my system was not up to date. With IOS 16.2, View Options is available. Thanks.
