How Do I Encrypt Time Machine Backups?

Is there a tutorial on encrypting a Time Machine EHD?
(By the way, I just discovered this site. It’s great.)

No need for a tutorial on that. In Lion (maybe Snow Leopard too, can't remember) you just check the box that says "Encrypt backup disk" when selecting a new drive for Time Machine.
Go to the System Preferences, Time Machine. Unlock if you have to. Then click Select Disk. You'll see the option there. It appears that you can even turn it on for your existing backup, though I'm not sure how to proceeds from there.
