How Do I Find If Flash Player Is Installed On My Mac and How Do I Uninstall It?

In Finder > Applications there is a folder Named Adobe
Clicking on this folder reveals a Flash Player Folder
How can I remove this folder to ensure that Adobe Flash Player is removed from my Mac?
My System Preferences does not show an Icon for Flash Player – I am confused on whether or not it’s installed.

In as much as Flash Player has reached it’s EOL – flash Player is vulnerable to malware – and I want to ensure It is Not installed on my Mac.

Device: Mac Running Big Sur

App: The Finder

    See: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html

Note that Flash was disable in January, so if you do still have the Flash browser plugin, it does nothing right now. It isn’t vulnerable in any way as it simply won’t run.
