I have a 13″ Mac Book Air mid 2013 MacOS High Sierra.
I use Numbers spreadsheets for knitting patterns and rowing regatta schedules as well as for normal numbers applications. Whilst working, I want to know where the page will end so I can leave enough vacant rows before starting a new page.

It depends on many factors, like your printer and page size, and all of your print settings like the zoom amount, etc.
I would just use File, Print and take a look. It shows you clearly in the preview what will be on each page. Then you can exit the preview and trim the tables or add more rows, etc.
