I usually have a lot of full screen apps open at once. I have a certain order that I like to keep them in, because there are three that I swipe back and forth between frequently.
Sometimes I enter the Mission Control view so I can see my Spaces at the top and quickly go to Calendar or Mail. But this frequently results in that app jumping from the Space all the way to the right to the one right next to the Desktop on the left (or nearby). Then I find myself swiping back and forth trying to find an app that’s moved from its usual position next to the other two that I frequently use with it.
Is there a way to keep these from changing order as I use them?

There is a setting for this Go to System Preferences, Mission Control. Switch off "Automatically rearrange Spaces based on most recent use."
However, I'm not sure how well that works with full-screen apps. But it is the only setting we have.
