Hi Gary, I watched your ‘shortcuts’ video on your ‘@@space’ to paste you email address without typing it. Is there a shortcut for doing exactly that on an iPad? (Below I will have to type it twice to submit my question.) A shortcut to paste my email address would save a lot of time.

Yes. Just look in Settings, General, Keyboard, Text Replacement.
