How Do I Make the Dark Mode Not Black But Blue?

i am useing the latest Mojave i am dislexic and light sensative but I need it to be blue not black.

    Dark mode doesn't have any options like that. You can change the highlight color, as you have probably already seen. But you can't fine-tune it any more than that.

    Is the problem in a specific app? For instance, do you want to read light text on a blue background when viewing articles on a web site? Or while writing in Pages? There may be a solution for specific cases if you want to share more information.

    I use scrivener and pages to write I would like to have a dark blue background and white lettering.

    Justine: Scrivener has a very comprehensive set of preferences. You can adjust the text background color and the text color to anything you want.
