My only suggestion is to switch away from your ISP email. There are many reasons to do this, and one is that ISP email is usually pretty bad at junk mail filtering. Using an email service like iCloud or Gmail will filter these types of messages before you even see them. They block the bad mail servers out there and prevent the email from ever getting through.
