How do I find a blocked sender and unblock them.
My computer is using Mojave 10.14.6
I can’t receive from the sender. This is a work account with duties that I can’t receive.

Go to Mail, Preferences, Junk Mail. Then switch to the Blocked Tab at the top. Then select the sender in the list and click the - button at the bottom.
If you don't see the sender's email address there in the list, then it is probably because they are blocked some other way. It could be you blocked them at the server level in your email provider's web interface. Or, it could be that your server has their email address or entire domain on the global block list.
If this is a work account, then you may have to contact your IT department and ask them to check to see why email from that address is being refused at the server level.
