Gary, How do users give suggestions to Apple to improve or modify their OS? As well, do Apple supporters such as you pass along the various issues and concerns of users? For myself, if I have an issue, you’ll nearly always have a solution or at least explain the background on why some things in the OS work the way they do. Once I have my assistance, I’m uncertain of how and even whether I should report to Apple

I have no special contact or influence with Apple. Pretty much you just have to use that form and hope that others are making the same suggestions as you are, enough so that Apple takes notice.
