My iTunes is on my laptop which I don’t have Internet connection for and I have now moved country with a new credit card. I can’t seem to change the country or the credit card info using my iphone even though my apple id is correct and I can view my account but if keeps telling me that my credit card is for the wrong country even though I have tried telling them the correct country any ideas? I can’t open my iTunes as we now use a different iTunes on our new computer with a new id very frustrating!

Sounds like it is time to call Apple customer support. There might be a way to do it by fiddling around with the settings, but a call would be quicker.
