how to convert a children book into an interactive book?

I am trying to find out what softwares are required to allow a conversion of a children book to an interactive book with sounds and video animation for iphone and ipad applications?

    There are many different ways to do it. But you will most likely need a developer unless you are already a programmer.
    Your best bet is to get in touch with an iOS app developer -- perhaps a local one -- and discuss it. Perhaps then get bids from various developers as you would with any software project.
