I’ve taken Gary’s advice and have started using multiple desktops. I know I can control up arrow to see the desktop tabs, but I’d like to have each desktop labeled so I don’t have to do that. Is there a way to do that? I’m using MacOS Catalina 15.5 on a late 2013 27-inch iMac.

There are no names for them, just numbers. I think Apple has resisted allowing people to name them because they are so easy to add and also remove. They are kind of disposable.
