Forum Question: How to make an email like the MacMost emails?

How do you create email to be visually appealing, like the MacMost ones, and not be in the Rich Text Format?

The MacMost Newsletter emails are HTML. I hand-crafted it using my HTML editing skills. It took a long time (a few hours) to get it right. Only worth it because I was creating a template for a newsletter that I will be using for years. It wouldn’t be worth it to do that for a single message.
Using rich text in Mail is the way to quickly format your messages with some extra styling on a message-by-message basis.

So there isn’t a program capable?

Would you recommend crafting a HTML template if I was going to send out a weekly/monthly email?

      Thanks

Are you sending out a newsletter? If you are sending out a “mass” email — to more than just a few people — I would recommend NOT using Mail or any email client for that. Mass emails, like newsletters, should be done through services, like Aweber. In fact, if you use Aweber, you get the benefit of their site which helps you format your message with HTML. They have tons of templates, etc. I’d look into that.
