How To Scroll To the Top Of the Document In Microsoft Word?

I am trying to find the shortcut key to scroll to the top of the document and to the end of the document in Mac Word 2011.
I have the iMac and MacBook Pro where the page up down and Home And End keys are absent.
Is there an alternate shortcut key for the same?

The Home, End, Page Up and Page Down keys are usually accessible by some combination of the "fn" key and the arrow keys. But I think it depends on the version of OS X, the keyboard and the software application itself.
I tried it and was able to simulate Home and End keys with fn+Command+right arrow and fn+Command+left arrow.
In situations like this it is always easy to experiment. Try different key combinations that seem to make logical sense and you'll usually find it, if it exists at all.

I've been looking for this for ages. Many Thanks.
fn+cmd+left arrow takes me nicely to the top of my MAC Word 2010 700pg document. The end is also found easily with n+cmd+right arrow
