How to you share photos with the titles/labeling/location?

How do you share photos with the titles/labeling/GEO tagging, ect. attached to the photos in iPhoto? I wanted to share a few albums with my son’s MacBook so I did “Sharing” in iPhoto and the pictures transfer but you can’t see the title or the GEO/location tag to them, it’s just a generic photo number below the pictures. I have tried many programs and looked around. Thank you for any help you may be able to provide. Take care.

It looks like the geotagging and other tags aren't part of sharing. I can see that, as those are customizable labels. Your one Mac may think that "Home" is the name of a certain location, whereas "Home" on the other Mac can be somewhere else. So I think the geolocation stuff is left out to avoid complications. Same for tags as there could be conflicts.
As for titles, I see those. If a picture has a title in iPhoto on my Mac Pro, and I view it through iPhoto sharing on my MacBook Pro, I see the title fine.
I can also see the size, dimensions and type of each photo, but picture info (ISO, speed, etc) are not there either. I guess it is just a limitation of photo sharing.

Gary thank you for replying to my question. I understand what you mean by the "geo" tagging and how "Home" can be different but when I shared a photo on my MacBook Pro titled "Gabriel's Birthday 20010" and I pick it up in iPhoto sharing on my son's MacBook Pro the photo is there but the title is a generic/ random. I just can figure it out. It seems simple. I have both computers next to each other and the pictures transfer perfectly via iPhoto but I must be missing something. Thank you again Gary. You do a lot of good for us Mac Users. Take care.

Does anyone have any suggestions? As I mentioned before I have two Mac Book Pros and just want to get the image names to transfer with the images using the sharing option in iPhoto. the photos transfer perfectly but without the titles I created from my computer. I have thousands of pictures with labels so this will save me many hours. I for the life of me can't figure out why the photo titles won't transfer. Thank you very much.

Just to cover more bases: Are both computers using the same and most recent version of iPhoto? Have you tried unsharing and then sharing again?

I'd be interested in the answer to this too. My way round it was to export the photos to the desk top using "Use Titles" as File Name and then to reimport them to iPhoto but to put them in a folder on their own (from Last import so you don't lose them in your library) so they can be easily deleted after sharing is completed.

This last comment totally helped me. I called high adviser at Apple today who said nothing could be done except rewriting every title. I was importing thousands of laboriously titled photos which took weeks. I went to File then Export to a file I created in my "house." Then I imported this file to drop box to other computer. SO RELIEVED!
