You just refer to the cell like any other cell. It is easy if you click to fill in the reference to the cell.
For instance, if you want the value of C5 in sheet 2 to be placed in A4 in sheet 1, then click on A4 in sheet 1, press "=" to start entering in a formula. Then instead of typing the name of the cell you navigate to sheet 2 and click on C5.
