I saw the ad on your website about MacKeeper. Is a program like MacKeeper really beneficial? I was also wondering if you use any such programs that “clean up” your mac, and if you have any other recommendations? Thanks.

I do not use MacKeeper and I don't recommend those kinds of programs. They mostly do things that Snow Leopard is doing anyway.
