Is There A Full Function Mac Ergonomic Keyboard?

I am a Windows user at the edge of making the jump to Mac.

Is there a (Mac) full function ergonomic keyboard?

I have searched but find only MS keyboards that will work…but not have all the Mac functions/

    You can use pretty much any USB keyboard with a Mac. The only major difference is that Mac keyboards have a command key. Windows keyboards have a "Windows" key that should map to that command key, at least that is what I have heard.

    There are a few keyboards made for the Mac, though. A search turned up:
