I don't think so. The 16-inch comes with a 96-watt charger. A search didn't turn up anything close to that as as USB-C car charger. I know that lower watt chargers may work, but just charge a lot slower. Your car may already have USB power ports, but you'd need a USB-B to USB-C cable probably, and those may be too weak to charge a laptop anyway.
Another option is to simply get a car power inverter and then use the actual charger that came with your MacBook. That seems to be cheaper too, and easy to find. But I've never actually used those for this purpose. At least not in the last 10 years. Maybe someone else could comment on how well that works.
