Is There a Recommended Credit Card Sleeve That Will Protect the Apple Card? says…

– Store your titanium Apple Card in a wallet, pocket, or bag made of soft materials.
– Some fabrics, like leather and denim, might cause permanent discoloration that will not wash off.

I have a leather wallet that I do not wish to change.

Is there a credit card sleeve that provides RFID protection, fits in a standard wallet slot and will hold the titanium Apple Card without marring the card’s surface? The inside surface of credit card sleeves have a metallic or silver material and I fear they might harm the titanium Apple Card’s surface over time.

I don't have any recommendation here, sorry. I'm using a "leather" wallet (not real leather) but the inside where the card is kept is not even that. It is some sort of fabric. Aren't most leather wallets that way?

There are tons of wallets and wallet-like things on Amazon that are leather or denim. I guess just find one you like and go with that. I see some pretty cheap RFID "sleeves" that you could use too.

Or, don't worry about it. The warning is just about discoloration, right? That doesn't affect how the card works so how much does it really matter? I guess I don't see credit cards as something to be cared-for like that. They are just an "means to an end." Maybe the Apple Card even more so since the idea is to eventually use it completely through Apple Pay. That's where we are headed now. I see more and more places accepting phone-enabled transaction every day. The Apple Card is just a backup payment method when the retailer isn't up-to-date.

Yes, I would like to know what sleeve to purchase for my Apple Card. Should it be a cloth type or is there something better?

Renee: Up to you. I don't find a sleeve necessary.

Odd you discount the reason of the inquiry.
A simple yes or no would do without the moral implications
