1. Can I manually Drag Purchased Songs from iTunes to an iPod or iPhone if the (Manually Manage Songs and videos is Selected)
2. I have one track that is 1 Hour 35 Minutes in length. anyway to fit that on a Disc and make an Audio CD ? It says it cannot fit it on one Cd and has to put it on 2 Cds.

For your first question, yes. Just try it.
For your second question: there's no way. Audio CDs are a fixed length (usually around 70-80 minutes). Nothing you can do to change that. That's just the audio CD standard set back around 1980.
