iTunes Smart Playlists

I have attempted to create a smart
playlist, say for all the podcasts about
Disney, for example.

I can’t seem to get it to work. I
choose to creat a playlist based on “artist” but can’t figure it out.

I subscribe to about 100 podcasts and
want to avoid scrolling up and down to
find the next Disney podcasts that I
want to listen to.

Is there a way to create a playlist that
contains groups of podcasts?
Any help will be appreciated.

The first thing you should do is to check the info for several of the items you want in the Smart Playlist. Is the "artist" really set to "Disney" -- or is it something slightly different. If so, note what the "artist" field really is.
Then choose File, New Smart Playlist. Set it to "Artist" "contains" or "is" and the artist name you noted earlier.
That should do it. Check the playlist then and you should see it filled with podcast episodes by that artist.

I tried that. For example, I right-cliked to gret the ibfo for the podcast and found the artist to be "beourguest.com" That enabled me to creat a playlist of all those podcasts.

But when I went to edit the smart playlist, I added a line thar reads Artist contains "magic"

When I click Ok, everything in the list disappears.

Is it not posssible to combine two oe more podcasts into 1 playlist?

Look closely at the dialog. At the top it should say:
Match "all" of the following rules
If you want it to list songs by either one artist or the other, then change "all" to "any."
Otherwise, it will list only songs that have an artist of "beourguest.com" and an artist that contains "magic" -- that is impossible.

    Ahhhh, yes that did it.
Sorry for my ignorance. I should have seen that, but thanks so much for the help!
