I have recently changed my password in iTunes to a more complex one, and since it is more complex is there a way I can store it in the keychain and allow iTunes to access it without having to open Keychain Access every time I would like to buy something or buy a new app for my iPod Touch.

iTunes should remember your password. Try deauthorizing your account on iTunes (in the Store menu). Then quit and re-launch iTunes. Then re-authorize it for your account. See if that works.
Hi Gary,
I tried what you suggested, tried to login to Account via Account Drop Down (An email) but it's still asking for a password.
Not sure what the problem could be then. Maybe a visit to the Apple Store Genius Bar will help.
