Mac App Store error -100

I just tried to download and install Lion. I get the error code -100. I’ve logged out and back in. Still won’t work. Any ideas?

    Perhaps just wait a few more hours? Maybe the files are not ready for you locally (in Apple's nearby servers).
    Can you download other things from the Mac App Store? Try a small free app and see what happens.
    Then, you can always call Apple.
