Looks like a lot of people are talking about this online. Search for "Mac mail ATT00001.htm" and you'll see. Sounds like a problem with Microsoft Exchange. Since I'm not an Exchange user I really can't help more here other than point you to that search.
Is there an image in your signature? An attachment to your email? Maybe try sending only plain text emails. Or, since you are using a Microsoft server anyway, use Microsoft's email app instead of Apple Mail.
Is this an Exchange server you use for work? If so, is there an IT person you can contact at work to help with this. It could be a setting on the server.

only text content. No image or HTML tags.
I'm facing issue and i don't like the microsoft environment.

Just because you only send text content doesn't mean you are sending plain text emails. If you are set to send rich text, then even plain-looking text is still sent as HTML. To switch, go to Format, Make Plain text as you are composing your email message. If that works for you, then you can set that as the default in your preferences.

Talk to the admin of that Exchange server. Work with them and see. Maybe they have something set on the server side.
