That's a tough one to do a video on because of the exact reason you mentioned. There are too many possible variations on what people want to do with a device. A single video can't really answer it.
What I can do, is to step back and be completely objective -- literally "objective" and examine the "objects." Basically compare the two devices by feature. What makes them different.
That might make an interesting video, but I'm not sure it will help people decide which one to get. So much would depend on budget, as well as features.
