MacMost Now Podcasts Restarted Downloads

Do you know why my iTunes subscription to MacMost Now restarted downloading all of the podcasts, beginning with #1? Each time I open iTunes, I get 4-5 three year old podcasts streaming to my Mac.

    I've had a few reports and I don't think the problem is on this end. The feed remains the same here. I'm wondering if something hasn't changed in iTunes or there is some trigger people are hitting that makes it start getting old episodes of podcasts. But the RSS feed on this side is normal.
