Mobile printing with iPhone

Does the ios or any app give the iPhone the ability to print to a bluetooth printer without a wifi connection?

    I don't believe that the iPhone has any ability to print via Bluetooth. But then I'm not sure that I've seen many Bluetooth-capable printers out there.
    The standard way to print now is through AirPrint, or using an app provided by the manufacturer of the printer. I think HP and Canon both have apps. Probably others too. But they all print through the network, not Bluetooth.
