Movie trailers with an Imovie…photos to trailer?

Can I piggy back a movie trailer on an Imovie movie? So from the trailer goes right into the movie? Also, can I use photos in the trailer? thanks

    You would want to produce the trailer first, then produce the rest. Then add one to the other. Or use something like QuickTime 7 Pro to combine the two (new movie, paste 1, paste 2).

      thank you...can I use photos within the trailer? They are grayed out except for video but I would like some photos in my trailer. Can it be done? thanks

        I haven't tried that. I guess if they are grayed out, then you can't.

          You could be correct, but there has to be a way?
          Maybe in an indirect way to be added but you would think photos could be a great addition to the trailers if they were able to be included.

            Well, indirectly you could always create a movie that is just that photo for a duration of time, export it, and then use that exported file in the trailer.
