Podcasts for lessons

How can I put one of your pod casts onto a flash drive to use at a Mac club meeting as a teaching tool?

I would do it by subscribing to the podcast in iTunes. Then, download the episodes you want. Next, find the file in the Finder for the episode. Look in your iTunes library, or right+click the episode in iTunes and select "Show in Finder."
Then just copy those files to your flash drive.
You can also find HD versions of the most recent episodes on http://macmost.blip.tv -- look through the episode archive and then on each episode's page look for "Files and Links" on the right. Select the "QuickTime" version and it should be HD, but only on the more recent episodes.
