Recording a Google phone call

Whats the nest way to record a call you make using Google’s new phone service? I presume it’s using Garageband and, if that’s the case, what are the best settings in GarageBand?

A (sneaky) second question – is there any way to get notified of replies to this forum topic?

I think you would have to use something like Wiretap (http://www.ambrosiasw.com/utilities/wiretap/) to get the sound stream as it wouldn't be a normal sound input. But I haven't tried it. Let me know if you find anything better.
I'd love to be able to notify posters when a forum topic updates. But that would require a user database with logins, preferences and email addresses. And that leads to spam, security issues, privacy issues, etc. Just not worth it.
But if you search for "notified when page updates" you can see a lot of service that allow you to get an email when the content on a page changes. I assume you could use one of these.
