Restoring Knowledge Base Icon To Dock?

I accidentally (???) deleted the spring (knowledge base icon) on my iMac dock. How do I restore it?

    Do you mean the icon with the @ symbol on a spring that used to be a part of Tiger (or earlier) installs?
    I don't know how to get to back without re-installing the system. But it just led to a web page right? You can always create a shortcut to that same web page and put that in the Dock.
