Adobe and I are about to divorce. I am not keepign up with their expensive refreshes, lots of security concerns, and their are plenty of great alternate apps for my needs. So how do I safely remove CS3 web premier from my Snow Leopard machine prior to installing Lion?

First, make sure you de-authorize the suite. This is in one of the menus while you are running one of the apps. Without doing that, the apps will always be tied to your Mac and you can't install them anywhere else in the future.
Then, just run the installer again. There is a an option in Adobe installers that will uninstall the applications properly.
