Screen saver when logged out

I have several users on two machines. When all the users are logged out, what controls the screen saver that comes on? On one of my machines I see a screen saver, on the other I don’t.

    Not completely sure. It would either be the last user to log out. The last admin user to log out. Maybe the top-listed admin user?
    Some experimentation should reveal the truth.

    comfused, it is not very secure I supppose
