Yes, I came out with one for Sierra last year. As far as I know there are no changes so I haven't produced a new one this year. https://macmost.com/printable-mac-keyboard-shortcut-page-for-macos-sierra.html.

One change I found is that the in app window change shortcut was Command + 1,2,3 etc for each open window. now the shortcut is option+Command+ 1,2,3 etc.

Annoying but not the end of the world. I just use it so much to bounce between terminal sessions that it is ingrained.

Just found that the screen-lock has changed from Control-Shift-Power to Control-Command-Q. Hot-headed 'discussion' at work now between the hot-corner ideologues and the keyboard-shortcut junkies. :-)
